Good Sabbath, Church Family,
The human brain is a fascinating and complex organ that is used in every aspect of
our lives. It is responsible for our thoughts, emotions, memories, actions, and
perceptions. Even our relationships are connected to how we process love for others.
God gave us an amazing gift, and we should take care of it in the best way we can.
Here is to better brain health for a deeper knowledge of God.
What can improve our brain health? I have list:
Ginseng - Ginseng may enhance cognitive performance, mental alertness, and
memory by modulating neurotransmitters and protecting brain cells from oxidative
stress.
Sage - Sage may improve memory and cognition by increasing blood flow to the
brain, reducing inflammation, and inhibiting the enzyme that breaks down
acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in learning and memory.
Turmeric - Turmeric contains curcumin, a compound that has anti-inflammatory and
antioxidant effects. Curcumin may help prevent or treat Alzheimer’s disease by
reducing the accumulation of amyloid plaques, which are associated with cognitive
decline and memory loss.
Brain Must Be Healthy — The brain is the organ and instrument of the mind and controls
the whole body. In order for the other parts of the system to be healthy the brain must be
healthy. And in order for the brain to be healthy the blood must be pure. If by correct
habits of eating and drinking the blood is kept pure, the brain will be properly nourished.—
