Good Sabbath Church,
I would like to encourage you about walking. It is an easy way to improve not just our health but our whole disposition.
Benefits of walking:
Burning calories and losing body fat.
Strengthening your heart and lowering your blood pressure.
Easing joint pain and preventing arthritis.
Boosting your immune system and reducing your risk of infections.
Increasing your energy levels and creativity.
Improving your mood and reducing stress.
Extending your life expectancy and quality of life.
You can enjoy these benefits by walking at a moderate pace for at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week. You can also vary your speed, distance, and terrain to challenge yourself and prevent boredom. To get started, all you need is a pair of comfortable shoes and a safe route.
